Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales to lead sales and drive revenue growth. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Set individual sales targets, monitor progress, and provide feedback and support to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on market trends and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 1 year of working experience
