Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Shadow and learn advanced trading strategies from experts and senior traders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Forex, commodities, crypto, and relevant markets.
- Attend internal and external workshops, courses, and certifications funded by Greymond
- Start by implementing low-risk trading strategies with a small portfolio assigned by the company.
- Execute day-to-day trades while monitoring market movements, trends, and risks.
- Maintain risk management practices while testing new strategies.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on trades, profits/losses, and learnings.
- Develop performance review documents and optimization suggestions.
- Keep trading logs and present findings in team review meetings.
- Based on the success rate, scale investments under supervision.
- Identify opportunities to increase profitability and reduce exposure.
- Recommend tools, platforms, or accounts for increased returns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong interest or basic knowledge in Forex, crypto, or commodity trading.
- Analytical thinker with quick decision-making ability under pressure.
- High integrity and confidentiality with sensitive financial data.
- Coachable, curious, and able to follow structured training programs.
- Bonus: Familiarity with trading platforms like MetaTrader 4/5, Binance, etc.
Compensation Structure:
- Fixed Monthly Salary: Competitive based on experience and qualifications.
- Commission: Percentage-based on profit generated from trades.
- Performance Bonus: Quarterly reviews for additional incentives.
