The Telemarketer is responsible for generating leads, promoting the company's products or services, and engaging prospective customers through telephone calls and other communication channels. Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote the company's products or services.
- Introduce the company, explain product or service benefits, and respond to customer inquiries.
- Generate, qualify, and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential leads.
- Follow up with prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, or other approved channels.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, or product demonstrations for qualified prospects.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, leads, and follow-up activities.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Convert qualified prospects into customers or sales opportunities.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant information to the sales or management team.
- Prepare regular reports on calls made, leads generated, appointments booked, and conversions.
- Follow company scripts, policies, and customer communication standards.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality during all customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an SSCE in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Confident and friendly telephone manner.
- Ability to meet call volume, lead generation, and sales targets.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and communication platforms.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to remain professional and patient when handling difficult customers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
