We are seeking a Technical Marketing Specialist who will build, optimize, and manage the tracking, analytics, and reporting systems that drive client growth. This role is focused on data, diagnostics, and marketing technology — ensuring that every campaign is measurable, every funnel is trackable, and every insight is actionable.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Analytics & Tracking:
- Set up and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and event/conversion tracking.
- Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards for internal and client reporting.
- Implement UTM naming conventions across all campaigns (social, email, paid ads, website).
Funnel Diagnostics & Optimization:
- Analyze performance data across channels (social, email, website, ads, sales CRM).
- Identify bottlenecks (e.g., high clicks, low conversions) and recommend fixes.
- Run A/B tests for subject lines, landing pages, creatives, and CTAs.
Marketing Tech & Automation:
- Integrate tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, Airtable, Klaviyo, Zapier to streamline lead flow and reporting.
- Support the team with list segmentation, CRM hygiene, and email automation logic.
Reporting & Insights:
- Deliver weekly and monthly insights reports with recommendations.
- Present results clearly for both internal decision-making and client updates.
- Translate raw data into actionable insights (e.g., which campaigns to scale, which to stop).
Collaboration:
- Work with social media, email, and sales specialists to ensure campaigns are properly tracked.
- Support the founder with data for strategy sessions and client pitches.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Airtable, Zapier, Klaviyo).
- Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, Meta Business Suite, Pixels setup, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with paid media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads) a plus.
- Comfort with data visualization and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous agency or startup experience is a plus.
