The ideal candidate will ensure proper stock management, maintain accurate records, and support the restaurant’s operat

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming food items, supplies, and materials.
- Ensure all received goods are of the right quality, quantity, and specification.
- Organise and maintain the store area in a clean, orderly, and secure manner.
- Issue materials and supplies to the kitchen and service departments as requested.
- Keep accurate records of all stock movements (receipts, usage, and returns).
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with records.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock or reorder needs.
- Prevent wastage, spoilage, and pilferage through proper stock rotation and control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards in storage areas.
- Assist in preparing inventory and usage reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/OND qualification.
- 1 year of experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory software or Excel is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be honest, trustworthy, and punctual.
- Willingness to live on-site (accommodation provided).
