Job summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Spa Account Clerk to manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support the finance department. The ideal candidate must be organized, trustworthy, and experienced in handling financial documentation within a hospitality or spa environment.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Record daily sales and reconcile transactions
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
  • Maintain financial records and update accounting software
  • Assist with payroll processing and commission calculations
  • Monitor expenses and report discrepancies
  • Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports
  • Support internal audits and compliance processes


Requirements:

  • HND/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ accounting experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
  • Experience in the hospitality or spa industry is an advantage
