Responsibilities:
- Shoot and edit high-quality video and photo content
- Document architectural projects and site activities
- Send out cold DMs and interact with potential clients across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Create storytelling-driven content for personal and corporate brands
- Plan and manage content calendars
- Post consistently across all platforms
- Manage social media accounts and engagement
- Analyze performance and optimize content

Requirements:

- Proven experience in video content creation and editing
- Portfolio showcasing previous work, campaigns, and content
- Proficiency in editing software (CapCut, Inshot, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, etc.)
- Good understanding of social media algorithms, trends, engagement tactics, and digital outreach
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
