Social Media Manager & Content Creator

We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator who doesn't just use technology but understands how to make it human. If you are charismatic on camera and can build a B2B2C authority presence, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Ownership: Architect and execute a high-growth strategy across LinkedIn (B2B2C Thought Leadership) and Instagram (Engagement & Education).
• Face of the Project: Script and star in high-retention video content (Reels/Videos). You must be comfortable, creative, relatable, charismatic, and persuasive in front of the camera.
• Content Architecture: Draft insightful LinkedIn articles and posts that position the brand as a leader in the intersection of AI and Talent Development.
• Community & Growth: Manage active communities and use data-driven insights to optimize content for maximum reach and lead generation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven Track Record: Experience in Content Creation and Social Media Management with a portfolio showcasing LinkedIn growth and high-quality Instagram video content.
• Beyond-the-Basics AI Knowledge: You must be proficient in using AI for research, content automation, and creative production (beyond simple ChatGPT prompting).
• On-Camera Excellence: Exceptional presentation skills. A Link to your Portfolio or previous Video Work is mandatory.
• Dynamic Editing: Ability to take complex technical topics and turn them into 60-second viral scripts and content.
• Hybrid Availability: Based in Lagos (Around Ajah, preferably) and available to commute to the office for onsite sessions as required.
