Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the gym’s marketing goals.
• Create engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories, graphics, and captions) tailored for each platform.
• Manage daily posting and scheduling across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Run paid social media campaigns and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with trainers, staff, and members to create authentic content (testimonials, workout clips, transformations).
• Track, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights for improvement.
• Stay updated on fitness and social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Support event promotions and fitness challenges
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
• Creative content creation skills (photography, videography, basic graphic design).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Passion for fitness, health, and wellness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location: Rumuigbo/Eliozu, Port Harcourt

Work Mode : its a full time / onsite role. Monday to Friday 7am-6pm and then Saturday 7am-12pm

Remuneration: NGN 100,000
