Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Social Media Lead to drive and scale our social media strategy across multiple client portfolios. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, content direction, performance analysis, and team leadership.
The ideal candidate is deeply immersed in digital culture, understands platform trends, and has a proven track record of building engaging, high-performing social media campaigns for brands.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive social media strategies for multiple clients across platforms (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Oversee content planning, creation, and publishing to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with brand voice
• Manage and mentor a team of social media managers, content creators, and community managers
• Translate brand objectives into engaging and measurable social media campaigns
• Monitor trends, conversations, and emerging platforms to keep clients ahead of the curve
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI)
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and paid media teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
• Oversee community management and ensure timely, on-brand responses across platforms
• Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients
• Manage social media calendars, budgets, and campaign timelines
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 5–8+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency
• Proven experience managing multiple brand accounts and delivering measurable growth
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and platform best practices
• Experience leading and managing a team
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite)
• Strong copywriting and content direction skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Nice to Have
• Experience with paid social campaigns and performance marketing
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and creator partnerships
• Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and video content trends
