We’re looking for someone who can take our social media presence to the next level with strong visuals, creative content, and real engagement.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage content for Instagram and TikTok
- Film, edit, and publish short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, etc.)
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and hashtags that connect with our audience
- Monitor performance and recommend ways to increase reach and engagement
- Collaborate with our team for product launches, salon events, and special campaigns
- Stay ahead of beauty trends and viral content ideas
Requirements:
- 2 years and above experience managing social media accounts (especially in beauty or fashion)
- Skilled in video editing (mobile apps or Adobe, CapCut, InShot, etc.)
- Confident with Reels, transitions, trending sounds, storytelling
- Understands Black beauty culture and local Canadian audiences
- Highly creative, organized, and proactive
