Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the marketing team to achieve company sales targets.
- Market and promote company products to new and existing customers.
- Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into loyal clients.
- Develop and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships.
- Plan and execute field marketing activities, campaigns, and promotions.
- Track performance, prepare weekly reports, and analyse market trends.
- Represent the company at industry events and strategic meetings
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing or sales (managerial experience is an advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to meet targets, manage a team, and work independently.
- Proven record of achieving sales growth.
Location: Umuahia, Abia State
Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Remuneration: NGN 850,000
