Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to grow Picadailys’ user base and brand visibility.
- Manage and optimise paid campaigns across social media, Google, and other digital channels.
- Oversee SEO/SEM efforts, email marketing, influencer collaborations, and content marketing initiatives.
- Lead campaign planning, budgeting, and performance analysis to ensure ROI-driven marketing.
- Collaborate with product, content, and design teams to align marketing activities with company goals
- Track and report performance metrics, analyse data, and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, tools, and technologies to keep Picadailys competitive.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in fintech, lifestyle, or tech startups.
- Strong understanding of online marketing channels and analytics tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, etc.).
- Experience managing social media advertising, influencer marketing, and growth campaigns.
- Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
- A creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
