SIte Operator
Job summary
The Site Operator is responsible for the day-to-day management, monitoring, and upkeep of assigned outdoor advertising sites. This role ensures that all installations (billboards, LED screens, wall drapes, gantries, etc.) are operational, secure, and compliant with company standards, while maintaining accurate records of site activities.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Monitor assigned advertising sites to ensure uninterrupted visibility and functionality.
- Operate and manage site equipment, including LED screens, power systems, generators, and lighting units.
- Track and report diesel usage accurately; prevent losses, misuse, or discrepancies.
- Carry out basic cleaning and routine maintenance of site structures and surroundings.
- Promptly report faults, damages, vandalism, or technical issues to the Operations/Engineering team.
- Liaise with engineers and technicians during repairs or maintenance works.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, operational, and company policies at all times.
- Maintain daily site logs and submit reports as required (diesel logs, incident reports, attendance).
- Ensure brand materials are properly displayed and not defaced or obstructed.
- Support compliance with regulatory requirements and local authority guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE / OND (technical background is an advantage).
- 1–3 years’ experience in site operations, facility management, or outdoor advertising is preferred.
- Basic understanding of generators, power supply, and outdoor installations.
- Ability to read instructions and complete basic reports accurately.
- High level of honesty, accountability, and attention to detail.Physically fit and able to work outdoors for extended periods.
Working Conditions
