Site Engineer
Job summary
The site engineer is responsible for the day-to-day supervision, quality control, and timely delivery of all construction and infrastructure works across company's estate sites, ensuring compliance with drawings, safety standards, and budget. This includes interpreting drawings, monitoring contractors, and ensuring the quality of materials and workmanship.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings on site
- Supervise daily construction activities: land clearing, road grading, drainage, fencing, beacon, foundations, and block work.
- Ensure contractors adhere strictly to specifications.
- Issue site instructions for corrections.
- Maintain site diary recording labour, weather, and materials.
Requirements:
- HND in civil engineering, building technology, quantity surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on site experience in Abuja.
- Can read and interpret architectural + structural drawings.
- Understands FCDA/Development control guidelines.
