Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Core skills
- Strong proficiency in React.js / Next.js with TypeScript for building modern, responsive frontends.
- Solid experience with Python (Django/FastAPI) or Node.js (Express/NestJS) for backend services and API development.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs (GraphQL experience is a plus).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Hands-on with Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first frameworks for rapid UI development.
System & DevOps
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar) for hosting, scaling, and deployment.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes is a plus).
- Strong grasp of Git-based workflows and collaborative development practices.
Requirement:
- A minimum of High School (S.S.C.E) certificate
- 5–7 years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Ability to translate product requirements into clean, efficient, and scalable solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a self-starter mindset and ownership mentality.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Passionate about user experience, product quality, and building things that truly work.
