Senior Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial activities, including general accounting, cost accounting, accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger reconciliation. 
• Maintain accurate financial records, accounting systems, procedures, and controls.
• Generate timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and analysis.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, track variances, and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure sufficient cash flow to meet business demands and manage banking activities.
• Analyze financial data, identify risks, and suggest solutions.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Manage internal and external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Develop and implement financial strategies and policies.
• Act as a key finance business partner to various departments, providing financial insights and support.
• Contribute to and implement financial strategy, influencing business decisions and operational improvements.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable business plans.
• Develop and monitor business performance metrics.
• Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Manage and develop a team of finance professionals.
• Promote financial soundness and profitability within the business unit.
• Drive operational excellence within the finance department.
• Manage HR functions for the finance department.
• Manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders. 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience
• BSc. Degree in Finance or Accounting
