Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts; support treasury activities
- Ensure timely tax filings and regulatory compliance
- Conduct internal control checks and assist in audits
- Analyze financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts regularly
- Collaborate with production and sales teams for cost and inventory tracking
- Build and improve finance SOPs and internal processes
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience
- BSc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a similar course of study
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- On-time submission of monthly reports
- AR & AP reconciliation accuracy
- Zero major control violations or audit flags
- Bank reconciliation turnaround ≤ 3 days weekly
