Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and authorize the entry and exit of individuals, vehicles, and materials.
- Verify credentials and ensure compliance with entry requirements.
Patrolling and Surveillance:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks.
- Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and other surveillance equipment.
Incident Response:
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or unusual activities.
- Report security breaches, suspicious activities, or safety hazards to supervisors or law enforcement when necessary.
Conflict Resolution:
- De-escalate confrontations and manage situations diplomatically to ensure safety.
- Remove trespassers or individuals causing disturbances.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities.
- Prepare detailed incident reports as required.
Safety Checks:
- Inspect and secure windows, doors, and gates to prevent unauthorized access.
- Ensure fire safety measures and emergency exits are functional.
Customer Service:
- Provide assistance to employees, visitors, and customers by offering directions or addressing inquiries.
Requirements:
- 0-1 year experience.
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively to emergencies.
