You will lead the efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage and cultivate client relationships, and exceed revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to generate new business for our business and professional skills training establishment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, networking, and other sales and marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to meet their objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales and marketing collateral, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our business.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring that revenue targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the CEO on sales performance, revenue growth, and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies that have resulted in revenue growth and increased market share.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Experience in this education sector is a plus.
Sales and Marketing Targets:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of qualified leads.
- Increase market share and brand awareness.
- Improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Remuneration: NGN 700,000 Per Annum basic, plus, commission ranging from 5-10% depending on performance.
- The commission rate will be based on the total value of the sale and will be paid monthly.
