· Good understanding of retail channel distribution and Retail market in Nigeria
· Forecasting future sales, analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning, using information to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.
· Ensure GEO Expansion new POS and numeric distribution channel/POS acquisition per monthA
· accelerating existing business
· Responsible and accountable for distributors sales and revenue in terms of quarterly/annually sales target.
· Responsible for sell out achievement per month & monitor POS development for every region.
· Supporting special promotions, displays and events.
· Ensure POS stock availability
· Managing stock level and making key decisions about stock control
· To increase Sell Out & Sell Thru shop and brand awareness.
1. Diploma / bachelor’s degree – technology / engineering background
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience as sales, business development in Retail /Electrical industries
3. Hard working, proactive and full of initiative, good capacity to grasp new concepts quickly
4. Ability travel locally 90% within the country.
5. Must have - sales experience, retail preferred.
6. Age – not above 30.
