Job Description/Requirements
- Identify and recruit real estate agents and property managers to join Nigerent.
- Build partnerships with complementary service providers (media freelancers, property managers, cleaning and maintenance providers.
- Coordinate with media specialists to organise property photos, videos, and virtual tours.
- Prepare agent onboarding materials and host training sessions.
- Track recruitment metrics and report weekly performance to management.
- Maintain relationships with agents and partners to drive continuous property listings.
- Monitor agent activity and resolve any platform or listing issues.
- Work with marketing to promote featured properties and drive traffic.
- Track performance KPIs: active listings, revenue, and agent retention.
- Expand Nigerent’s partnerships across regions and related services.

- Minimum of SSCE
