Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach daily across WhatsApp, Email, LinkedIn, and Phone Calls.
- Build, manage, and continuously update a clean, structured sales pipeline.
- Conduct professional conversations that identify needs, build trust, and position our offering effectively.
- Convert leads from initial contact, qualified conversation, paying client.
- Create and refine short outreach scripts, follow-up messaging, and mini-pitches.
- Submit daily activity and conversion reports, timely, accurate, verifiable.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sale handover.
- Maintain a consistent weekly outreach and follow-up rhythm, no drop-offs.
Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
- 3 - 7 years proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Telemarketing, Outreach, or Client Acquisition.
- Strong English fluency, spoken, written, and presentation-level clarity.
- Demonstrated ability to reach targets and deliver measurable results.
- Proficiency in: WhatsApp Business, Email & Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Basic CRM / pipeline organization
- Comfortable working independently in a remote structured environment.
- Able to handle pressure, objections, and rejection professionally.
