Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of over 5 years in sales with the ability to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and exceed performance targets. You will play a key role in identifying new sales opportunities, closing deals, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic outreach and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track sales performance, and generate reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales metrics and market trends to support strategic planning and forecasting.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management and sales processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends for strategic decision-making.
