- Negotiate and close sales deals, contracts, and packages effectively.

- Actively prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and social media engagement.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Create and submit regular reports on sales activities, financial performance, and market trends.
- Ensure availability of stock for timely customer fulfillment.
- Handle customer complaints or objections promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product and service improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sales executive, marketing executive, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
- Deep understanding of marketing, negotiation, and sales techniques.
- A fast learner with a passion for sales and business growth.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
