Job Summary

We are seeking a competitive, goal-driven and trustworthy Sales Executive to help expand our business activities and strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and attend to clients professionally, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Identify potential clients and set up meetings to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns.
  • Demonstrate and present products/services to new and existing clients.
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, including client details, activities, and transactions.
  • Monitor and review sales performance, ensuring set targets and KPIs are achieved.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, contracts, and packages effectively.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and social media engagement.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Create and submit regular reports on sales activities, financial performance, and market trends.
  • Ensure availability of stock for timely customer fulfillment.
  • Handle customer complaints or objections promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product and service improvements.



Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sales executive, marketing executive, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
  • Deep understanding of marketing, negotiation, and sales techniques.
  • A fast learner with a passion for sales and business growth.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
