Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and nurture potential clients to drive property sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify property trends and investment opportunities.
- Coordinate and participate in property site inspections to showcase listings to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Participate in weekly training sessions and industry conferences to stay updated on market trends and enhance skills.
- Actively promote the company’s property portfolio through various marketing channels.
Requirements:
- OND/NCE/BSC in any field from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and manage relationships effectively.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven attitude.
- Availability for site inspections and client meetings.
- Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is an added advantage.
- Proximity to Ikeja or willing to commute.
