Job Description/Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • To be a well-rounded representation of the company’s values, products and services.
  • To support sales and business development activities in assigned territory. 
  • Generates right leads and new business opportunities through outreaches, intelligence gathering and research. 
  • Qualifies new leads via fact-based need analysis established funding source and an agreed timeline.
  • Securing appointments with KOLs, stakeholders, decision-makers for Sales Executives and other support units. 
  • Competition intelligence gathering.
  • Maintains professional, industry and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and training; review professional/industry publications; establishing personal networks; study partners’ literature to improve products knowledge to spark intelligent conversations. 
  • Contribute to the team’s efforts by accomplishing related results as needed. 
  • Execution of targeted market development strategies for assigned territory. 
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed 
  • Generate leads & convert leads into sales 
  • Ensure smooth team operations  
  • Positively contributes to the improvement of overall customer satisfaction.

Education and Skills:

  • At least 1 year experience in selling FMCG products or Medical related products
  • Must have graduated with a 2.1' from a reputable university, preferably with a degree in Medical  Laboratory Sciences.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Experience in market segmentation/ research 
  • Good sales prospecting, negotiation and deal closing skills 
  • Excellent Reporting skills 
  • Industry knowledge/Commercial awareness 
  • Self-starter and highly motivated individual with the ability to work with limited supervision
  • Effective communicator, ability to build rapport and maintain a relationship 
  • Highly customer-focused constantly working to increase customer satisfaction
  • Ability to impress customers and clients with exceptional presentation and customer service skills
  • Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
