This is a full-time hybrid role for Experienced Financial Advisors based in Lagos, with flexibility for some remote work.

Responsibilities:
- Providing insurance services to the public
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensuring clients' financial goals are met through accurate need assessments
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (insurance, banking, real estate, telecoms, or FMCG preferred).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work under pressure in a competitive market.
- Must be based in Lagos.
- Proficiency in Analytical Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making
- Proven experience in Customer Relationship Management and a client-focused mindset
- Knowledge of Insurance Products and Financial Services
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) are an added advantage
