The Restaurant Accountant will work closely with the Corporate Controller and take responsibility for performing the day-to-day tasks associated with recording and analyzing various entries related to the financial statements for the restaurant.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements and reports on a regular basis.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Cost Control: Monitor costs and expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets and identifying opportunities for savings.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage invoices, payments, and collections efficiently.
- Payroll: Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and national tax regulations.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis of financial data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a restaurant accountant or in a similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Must pass Background Check and Drug Screening
- Must Provide 2 Guarantors and 2 Referees with Valid IDs
