Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Make a significant contribution to the company’s plan to build strong and impregnable brands through effective hospital presence/promotion and awareness creation amongst the healthcare professionals.
- Design and manage policies, standards of performance, measurements, results and activities to ensure optimal productivity of the sales team in their region and to protect the assets of the company.
- Ensure the regional sales and non-sales objectives of the company are achieved and surpassed
- Contribute to the growth, development, organizational efficiency, and effectiveness of Superior Pharmaceuticals Limited
Requirements:
- Either an HND, B Pharm, or BSc (Biological sciences or Human or Animal Health sciences)
- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar senior sales role
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Teamwork skills
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
- Must be efficient, knowledgeable, and hard-working
- Must have a high integrity index
- Ability to drive with proof
