Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Make a significant contribution to the company’s plan to build strong and impregnable brands through effective hospital presence/promotion and awareness creation amongst the healthcare professionals.
  • Design and manage policies, standards of performance, measurements, results and activities to ensure optimal productivity of the sales team in their region and to protect the assets of the company.
  • Ensure the regional sales and non-sales objectives of the company are achieved and surpassed
  • Contribute to the growth, development, organizational efficiency, and effectiveness of Superior Pharmaceuticals Limited


Requirements:

  • Either an HND, B Pharm, or BSc (Biological sciences or Human or Animal Health sciences)
  • Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar senior sales role
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
  • Must be efficient, knowledgeable, and hard-working
  • Must have a high integrity index
  • Ability to drive with proof
