Job Summary

We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position. It is the responsibility of the medical sales rep to actively maximize sales of all company product by exploiting full coverage of target customers in your territory.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Make a powerful and persuasive sales presentation to Doctors, practice staff, pharmacists such that confidence is built in them to prescribe your products.
  • Have a full and complete knowledge of our products when includes all product information and relevant clinical papers.
  • Should build a collaborative relationship with the sales and marketing team with the aim and goal of reaching & achieving company objectives.
  • Keep detailed records of all contacts
  • Win new customers, as well as develop long-term relationships with existing ones
  • Meet and, if possible, exceed sales targets, regularly monitoring your business plans to make sure you achieve this.
  • Regularly attend company meetings, technical data presentations, and briefings
  • Keep up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpret, present, and discuss this data with health professionals during presentations.
  • Analyze sales data to improve results and make sure resources are effectively allocated.
  • Monitor competitor activity and competitors’ products.
  • Keep up to date with new developments in the NHS, anticipate potential negative and positive impacts on the business, and adapt strategy accordingly.
  • Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a 1st Degree qualification in pharmacy or 1st Degree in pharmacology
  • Candidate should have a minimum of 1 - 3 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related industry
  • Proven, successful sales track record preferably in business to business environment (if any)
  • Knowledge of Pharma industry and its dynamics
  • Professional accomplishments (if any)

Remuneration: NGN 170,000 - 220,000
