A Leading Innovative Healthcare Company based in Lagos needs to engage the services of a highly competent individual for the position of Production Pharmaceutical. The position requires the candidate to assist the Team lead in achieving departmental and organizational goals and objectives.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Management and supervision of the Production lines of  Pharmaceutical and Veterinary Products to achieve daily and weekly targets.
- Use technical and product understanding skills to troubleshoot and solve product-related issues.
- Ensure that GMPs are strictly adhered to in all aspects of operation, maintain daily records on performance report of his section.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, Train and supervise all production and packaging operatives.
- Work under minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- B.Pharm with at least 3 - 4 years post-qualification experience.
- Must be registered with PCN.
- A master's in pharm. Tech. will be an added advantage
- Display understanding of good manufacturing principles and good documentation practices to achieve products with consistency in quality and safety compliance.Â
- Display good people management skills.
- Integrity and professionalism.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent listening /communication skills.
