Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies: The recruitment manager is responsible for creating and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Managing the recruitment process: This involves overseeing the entire recruitment process, from determining staffing needs to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
  • Building and maintaining relationships: Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders (such as hiring managers and senior leadership) and external partners (e.g. recruitment agencies, job boards) is an important part of the role. 
  • Managing a team: In larger organizations, the recruitment manager may oversee a team of recruiters and HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance: A key responsibility is to ensure that all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Analyzing recruitment metrics: tracking and analyzing recruitment data to measure the effectiveness of hiring efforts etc.
  • Improving processes continually and improving recruitment process to enhance efficiency and achieve better outcomes.
  • Employer branding: working to enhance the employer brand to attract and retain top talent as well as promote a positive candidate experience. 


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years of working experience
