Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming/outgoing phone calls and messages
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints
Requirements:
- This position is open preferably to a female candidate
- 0-1 year experience
- OND minimum academic qualification
- The job entails the applicant to be very conversant with Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- Good command of spoken English
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be good with documentation
- Computer literate
- Conversant with Microsoft Office packages
Location: The ideal candidates must live around Mowe/Ibafo/Asese/Arepo environs
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 - 100,000
