Job Summary

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented person to serve as an Administrative and Customer Success Intern to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience using help desk software, specifically Zoho Desk, and will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, queries, and feedback. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to perform various administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries and queries through various channels (email, phone, social media).
  • Track, monitor, and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Develop and nurture positive relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide customers with product and service information, and assist them in navigating our offerings.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve products, services, and customer experience.
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, scheduling, and coordinating meetings.


Requirements:

  • 0-1 year experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Minimum of OND
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new tools and processes.
