Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office.
  • Manage and organize files, records, and data for easy access and retrieval.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Coordinate schedules and meetings, ensuring all arrangements are in place.


Requirements:

  • Diploma certificate 
  • Basic knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office packages such as MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel 
  • Not less than 1 year of work experience.
  • Preferably single.
  • Resident in Lagos
