Job Summary
We're seeking a Quality Control and Assurance Support Officer. The Ideal candidate will be responsible for quality checks on all card types, in-line process inspections, audit log reconciliation, reporting tool usage, escalating issues, MIS updates, and target monitoring.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality checks on all card types (ATM cards, Gift cards, ID cards, etc.).
- Perform quality assurance tests in line with product specifications.
- Carry out in-line checks on card printing, collation, lamination, and hologram processes.
- Ensure proper usage and daily reporting of operational tools.
- Accurately reconcile audit logs.
- Escalate any process constraints promptly.
- Assist with updates and data entry into the MIS system.
- Monitor and track the unit’s production targets.

- Keen eye for details
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- BSc, Degree in any course of study
