Job summary

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure construction and concrete mixing activities comply with approved standards and specifications.
- Monitor concrete production, placement, and testing to maintain quality requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and identify quality non-conformities.
- Implement and enforce quality control and corrective action procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and project quality requirements.
- Prepare and maintain quality assurance reports and documentation.
Requirements:
- Must possess a degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related construction discipline.
- Must have 3-5 years of proven experience in quality assurance and quality control within construction projects, especially concrete works.
- Must have strong knowledge of construction standards, specifications, and testing procedures (e.g., concrete mix design, slump, and cube tests).
- Must be able to conduct site inspections, identify non-conformities, and implement corrective actions effectively.
- Must demonstrate strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
Remuneration: NGN 300,000 - 350,000
