This includes developing quality standards, conducting tests, and identifying any issues in the system processes and procedures.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop, improve, and implement Quality Assurance and Management SOP.
- Train, motivate, coach, and correct employees to meet standards.
- Formulate effective strategies to increase productivity.
- Set quality objectives and formulate strategic action plans to achieve and maintain excellent results
- Oversee all aspects of planning, development, and execution of quality assurance policies, programs, and initiatives.
- Develop training programs, standards, tools, and methods for internal and external staff to foster a culture of quality within the organization
- Inspect the company’s operations and services to check they meet health and hygiene standards
- Investigate complaints about environmental health problems
- Ensure the company complies with environmental regulations and standards related to pollution and waste management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in related fieldÂ
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to innovate, motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
