Job Summary
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC)? A leading company in the real estate industry is seeking a QA/QC Manager to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance in all projects. As a QA/QC Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality of all construction projects and real estate developments.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Quality Management: Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures, standards, and specifications.
- Inspection & Testing: Oversee all inspections and testing activities to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Audit & Compliance: Conduct internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate quality records, prepare quality reports, and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and training to QA/QC staff and project teams on quality standards and procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Quality Compliance Rate: Maintain a compliance rate of 95% or higher in all quality audits.
- Defect Rate: Achieve a defect rate of less than 1% in project deliverables.
- Inspection Accuracy: Ensure 100% accuracy in all quality inspection reports.
- Audit Completion: Complete 100% of scheduled audits within the project timeline.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve 90% of quality issues within the specified timeframe.
- Training Effectiveness: Achieve a staff training effectiveness score of 85% or above.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a QA/QC role, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Certifications: ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or other relevant quality management certifications are highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in quality management software and the MS Office Suite.
- Personality: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
