Job summary
As a Project Support, you are responsible for assisting and supporting the project manager to ensure the smooth running of the activities on every project, managing schedules, personnel and budgets while meeting clients demands and set objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating projects and vendors.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Assist in developing detailed project plans and tracking progress.
- Support coordination, communication, and resource allocation for productions.
- Liaise with crew, cast, and talents to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Handle production enquiries from the public.
- Prepare reports covering pre-production to post-production activities.
- Assist with location setup, props, and costumes.
- Maintain records of equipment usage and custody on set.
- Build positive working relationships with cast and crew.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the Project Manager.
Requirements:
- BSc/HND in Business Administration or related course.
- 1–2 years’ experience in a media firm.
- Understanding of project lifecycle, planning, execution, and delivery.
- Knowledge of production processes from pre-production to post-production.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and schedules.
- Planning, organization, persuasion, and time-management skills.
