The successful candidate will manage day-to-day production activities, maintain quality standards, and ensure operational efficiency within the factory.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all stages of detergent production.
- Ensure quality control standards are maintained for every batch produced.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to meet customer demand.
- Manage raw material procurement, usage, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with logistics, maintenance, and administrative departments for smooth operations.
- Prepare periodic production and performance reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Chemistry, Industrial Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in the production of commercial powder detergent in Nigeria.
- Strong knowledge of raw material sourcing and process management.
- Ability to lead production teams effectively and maintain operational discipline.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Must be available to work on-site in Ibadan.
- Strong knowledge of production management principles.
Remuneration: NGN 120,000 – NGN 150,000 Monthly
