Job Summary

Esthermaris Concepts Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Production Officer to oversee the manufacturing of its commercial powder detergent products. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day production activities, maintain quality standards, and ensure operational efficiency within the factory.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all stages of detergent production.
Ensure quality control standards are maintained for every batch produced.
Plan and monitor production schedules to meet customer demand.
Manage raw material procurement, usage, and inventory.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with logistics, maintenance, and administrative departments for smooth operations.
Prepare periodic production and performance reports.

Requirements:

Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Chemistry, Industrial Management, or related field.
Proven experience in the production of commercial powder detergent in Nigeria.
Strong knowledge of raw material sourcing and process management.
Ability to lead production teams effectively and maintain operational discipline.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Must have completed NYSC.
Must be available to work on-site in Ibadan.
Strong knowledge of production management principles.

Remuneration: NGN 120,000 – NGN 150,000 Monthly

Start Date: January 2026
