Product Manager in Fintech
Job Summary
We are looking for a Product Management Lead to join a fintech startup with significant projection to be a market leader in very short space of time. This is a greenfield project to design digital products, where you will be responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap.

Job Description/Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience in a product management role.
- Prior experience working within a digital space is a must, as candidates need a good understanding of the pace and pragmatism needed to deliver to sponsor's requirements.
- A proven track record delivering complex projects in web and mobile development.
- Strong product documentation skills including putting together product roadmaps, feature backlogs, creating product documentation including PRDs, user stories, use cases, logic glows, user flows and functional specs.
- A strong ability to prioritise design activities with strategy, and client leadership, defining working processes in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Driving the process improvement agenda to ensure improvements to service, quality and cost are achieved throughout the year.
- Delivering robust forecasts to enable forward planning, feed into the budget process and enabling correct allocation of resource to provide an efficient and quality service.
- Ensuring operational readiness to enable all change programmes to be delivered on time and within budget.
- Continuously monitoring and reviewing business MI and analytics to aid the decision-making process and link into the strategic planning process.
- Working as the teams' key point of contact for most things relating to digital product implementation and its delivery success including implementation of any post remedial plans.
- Ensuring all internal controls are maintained and risks are minimised.
- Improving industry understanding through internal and external benchmarking and industry presence through representation on recognised bodies embedding a culture of continuous improvement and sharing of best practice.
- Ensuring compliance within legislative and risks and controls framework with all complaints and breaches / risks managed appropriately.
- The ability to present to significant numbers and be able to articulate complex plans to all levels of the organisation.
