Experience: 3-5 years in Sales, preferably in the procurement or supply chain training and certification industry.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a self-driven and motivated Assistant Manager Sales with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires proactive, customer-focused individuals who have a strong understanding of procurement and supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a customer base by identifying potential clients and understanding their needs.
• Promote and sell the company’s products and services to meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to support sales planning and strategic initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience from pre-sales to post-sales.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in procurement, supply chain, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional English Language Skills is mandatory.  
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
