Responsibilities:

Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors.
Analyze user data and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Create user personas, user journeys, and information architecture diagrams.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to define the user experience.
Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals.
Create visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines.
Develop style guides, design systems, and component libraries.
Design high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across different devices and platforms.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers.
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
Provide clear and concise design documentation.
Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback.

Staying Up to Date:

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven experience (e.g., 2+ years) in UI/UX design.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro for creating compelling animations, micro-interactions, and video content that elevates the user experience.
Experience with user research and usability testing.
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of UI/UX design.
Understanding of visual design principles and experience with vector graphics software (e.g., knowledge transferable from CorelDRAW).
