Responsibilities:
- Monitoring birds' health
- Implementing feeding, vaccination, feeding, and biosecurity protocols, growth, and egg production daily
- Coordinate with veterinarian for care and disease prevention.
- Hire train, schedule, supervise farm workers
- Ensuring compliance with animals welfare, safety, and environmental regulations
- Manage feed formulation, nutrition, and costs
- Track production metrics, feed conversation, weight gain, and egg output
- Collaborating with suppliers, vendors and management
