Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Produce and scale: trichoderma spp. (grain + slurry systems), bacillus subtilis (liquid fermentation systems), LAB (lactic acid bacteria) and compost tea (aerated and non-aerated systems)
- Develop low-cost and high-CFU production systems (10–50 kg/week grain targets)
- Maintain starter cultures and mother stocks
- Supports fusarium suppression, and soil health regeneration
- Yield optimization (target: 25–40 tons/ha)
- Export-quality residue-free production
Requirements:
- A minimum of a degree in microbiology or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience.
Location: Farm Site – Ogun State / Lagos Axis
