We are seeking a physically fit, hardworking, and reliable Factory Operator to unload incoming raw materials and operate industrial grinding machinery.The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely offloading heavy supplies, inspecting raw inventory, and processing materials into fine powder or granular forms based on production specifications.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Offload incoming delivery trucks containing raw ingredients, bags, or bulk supplies.
- Move heavy materials from the offloading bay to the warehouse storage or directly to the production floor using trolleys or pallets.
- Safely set up, operate, and monitor industrial grinding, milling, or pulverizing machinery.
- Inspect incoming raw materials for defects or spoilage, and monitor the grind output for size consistency.
- Help track and record the quantities of raw stock received and moved to production lines.
- Strictly follow factory safety protocols, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and keep the grinding area clean.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or Ordinary National Diploma (OND).
- Previous experience as a factory worker, warehouse loader, or machine operator is highly preferred.
- Capable of lifting heavy loads repeatedly and working on your feet in a hot or dusty manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of operating grinding mills or similar mechanical equipment safely.
- Dependable team player with strong time-management skills and the ability to follow instructions strictly.
- Proximity to the job location is of utmost importance.
