Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement M&E tools and systems
- Collect, analyze, and report data on farm activities and outputs
- Monitor crop yield, input usage, and farmer performance
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure data accuracy
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Provide actionable recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- Proven experience in Monitoring & Evaluation (agriculture preferred)
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
