Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for students with physical disabilities or injuries
- Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to enhance mobility, strength, and coordination
- Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated support
- Provide expert advice on adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and accessibility
- Monitor progress, adjust therapy plans, and communicate with stakeholders
- Participate in school-wide initiatives promoting health, wellness, and inclusion
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physiotherapy
- Registered with relevant Nigerian professional bodies (e.g., Physiotherapists Registration Board of Nigeria)
- Minimum 2 years' experience working with children/adolescents, preferably in a school setting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
